A: You may make any changes to your orders provided that the GM receives them prior to the turn being rolled. Q: In a GMless game what is the deadline for making order changes? A: You may make changes to your orders provided your opponent receives them prior to rolling the turn. Q: Can I load 2 inf onto a transport and then only send 1 into battle? A: No. Only those units that are to participate in combat may be moved during the combat phase of the turn. Q: Can I move an AA gun into a just captured territory? A: Yes. You can move an AA gun into, but not out of, a just captured territory. Q: Can an armored unit blitz through a neutral territory? A: No. The armored unit must stop in a neutral territory. An armored unit may blitz to but not through a neutral territory. Q: Can an air unit blitz through a neutral territory and continue on to another battle? A: Yes. Q: Can I conduct a Strategic Bombing Raid on a territory that I attack during the same turn? A: Yes, just perform the SBR first. Of course, the raiding bomber may not also participate in the ground battle. Q: Can I unload infantry into 2 different amphibious assaults? A: No. A transport may only unload into 1 amphibious assault. Q: Can I drop off infantry into 2 different territories during non-combat? A: Yes. The transport may not move, however, after unloading the first infantry. This requires the second territory to be adjacent to the same sea zone. Q: Can I retreat air units from an amphibious assault? A: No. An amphibious assault is a fight to the death and an exception to the normal retreating rules. No unit may retreat from an amphibious assault. Q: Can I retreat a unit even if it expended all of its movement points to reach the target? A: Yes. The retreat movement is a free movement point.
