    A: Yes, when you retreat any unit you are not using up movement points, you are using the special retreat option.

  2. Q: Can an infantry unit move after it has been transported?
    A: No, it is considered to have exhausted its movement during transport.

  3. Q: Can an infantry unit attack a bomber?
    A: Surprisingly enough yes (there are some reality concessions in Axis and Allies to increase its playability).
