FAQ - Industrial Complex Units

Q: Can I place newly purchased units in an Industrial Complex that I just captured on this turn?
A: No.

Q: If I capture an enemy's Industrial Complex am I limited to the printed IPC value of the territory in terms of the number of units that I can place there?
A: Yes.

Q: If I bid an Industrial Complex am I limited to the printed IPC value of the territory in terms of the number of units that I can place there?
A: Yes.

Q: If I build an Industrial Complex in a neutral territory am I limited to placing only one unit there?
A: Yes.

Q: Can I purchase or place any new units in an Industrial Complex if my capital is under enemy control?
A: No.

Q: Can I place new units in a sea zone if the sea zone was cleared during combat?
A: Yes.

Q: If I am unable to place newly purchased naval units because there is enemy shipping in all the available placement locations are the newly purchased ships lost?
A: Yes.
