For the Navy Challenge, the following special rules apply:

Unit Prices for Bidding:

• ground units (infantry and tanks) are NOT ALLOWED as part of the bid.
• subs cost 4 ipcs
• transports cost 4 ipcs
• aircraft carriers cost 8 ipcs
• battleships cost 10 ipcs
• all other units are standard price

Units Prices after Bidding:

• all naval unit prices remain the same as their bidding price (for both axis and allied sides).
• all other units remain standard price

Other General Rules:

• no amphibious assault on UK on round 1
• no magic 84 victory allowed
• all other standard 2nd edition and IAAPA rules apply
